As we continue seeking God's direction in the search for our next lead pastor, we invite you to participate in an important Congregation Survey. This survey is one of the tools to help us better understand the health of our church, the needs of our congregation, and the opportunities God may be placing before us. Scripture reminds us of the wisdom of gathering understanding before making important decisions (Proverbs 18:13; Luke 14:28-32), and your input will help provide a clearer picture as we move through this season together.

Your participation is valuable because:

• It helps us better understand the needs and perspectives of our church family.
• It allows you to share your preferences and hopes for ministry.
• It helps identify areas where our ministries are serving well and where improvements may be needed.
• It gives every member of our church family an opportunity to have their voice heard as we prepare to welcome our next lead pastor.

The survey is completely anonymous, so we encourage you to answer honestly and thoughtfully. Every response matters and will help provide an accurate picture of our congregation.

The survey will take  about 30 minutes to complete, so we encourage you to set aside enough time to thoughtfully answer each question. Please submit your completed survey by Sunday, August 2, so your responses can be included as we continue this important process.
